This guitar was featured in the FMIC Custom Shop Online Dealer Event in August 2024. Killerburst Guitars was selected to be the dealer for the specific guitar used as the showpiece for this virtual event. The guitar shown here is the exact guitar used in all of the marketing photos supplied by the custom shop.
This guitar features a satin urethane finish over a roasted alder body with an oil-finished caramelized quartersawn maple bolt-on neck. The ebony fingerboard, equipped with Luminlay® blue 1/4" dot inlays and heavy-rolled neck shoulders, offers a smooth playing experience, complemented by the licensed Fender Stratocaster-style headstock. The 25.5" scale length neck has a neck carve measuring .775" at the 3rd fret and .850" at the 12th fret. It includes 24 stainless-steel jumbo frets and Luminlay® blue position markers. The hardware features a black Floyd Rose® recessed double-locking tremolo system bridge, a Floyd Rose® locking nut, and black Gotoh locking tuning keys. This guitar is equipped with DiMarzio® Super Distortion® blue bobbins bridge pickup and DiMarzio® PAF Pro® blue bobbins neck pickup, housed in clean-mount pickups. The controls include a 500k master volume pot, a 250k tone pot, a 5-way blade switch, and black knurled metal dome knobs. The black 17mm strap buttons and 3+3 style white logo complete the striking look.
Guitar has factory setup with .009" to .042" DR Hi-Def Neon™ Red strings. Includes Original Molded Hardshell Case and Certificate of Authenticity. Weight is 7 pounds 12 ounces.
